With over a decade of experience in the US healthcare billing industry, I’ve built a strong foundation across 7+ multinational companies, evolving from an Accounts Receivable RCM associate to a strategic RCM leader. I’ve held key roles such as Senior Team Lead, Billing Manager, Account Manager, Client Service Manager, and currently serve as the Managing Director of our healthcare RCM company.
I’ve successfully led teams of 40+ AR billing professionals, trained and mentored future leaders, and delivered results for 50+ healthcare and laboratory clients across the United States. My core expertise lies in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) focuses on insurance and patient AR outstanding, improving collections performance, giving accurate ledger-based reporting, and compliance-driven billing operations.
I’ve completed CLSSGB (Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) and CLSSBB (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) from the renowned TuV SuD global training organization and completed both certification with their TuV SuD South Asia Academy. I focused on the skills in the Lean Six Sigma methodology, specifically within the context of process improvement. As a Green Belt, I’m expertise to lead or supporting projects, often as a parttime role, demonstrating proficiency in the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) phases. As a CLSSBB professional, I’m proficient in using Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems within processes and focusing on driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing sustainable solutions. As a Black Belt Six Sigma professional, I’m trained to lead and manage Six Sigma projects, often guiding Green Belts and other team members.
I’m a proud recipient of the “Standout Chief” award from DrChrono EHR, when I worked as Billing Manager for the same. I’ve completed Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) with the renowned institution American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). As a certified CRCP, I focus on the revenue cycle within healthcare, specifically in institutional (hospital/health system) or professional (physician/clinic) settings. I can validate the in-depth knowledge of areas like registration, billing, credit & collections, and revenue cycle management in US Healthcare billing.
My operational approach is grounded in global best practices, backed by Lean Six Sigma, AAHAM, and TÜV SÜD certifications demonstrating my commitment to process quality, automation, and regulatory compliance.
After years of helping practices grow from within high-impact RCM roles, I realized that true value comes from ownership of process, trust in people, and clarity in numbers.
